The Rules

We are excited to welcome you to our ranch and we want EVERYONE to have a great experience here!  With that in mind, and because this is also our home...we do have a few ground rules.  Please be respectful at all times to all people, animals and property.  This includes no running or "horse play" in and around the barns, and no climbing on gates or fences.

Please clean up after yourselves and your animals each time you use the facility.  Garbage cans are provided for any trash and wheelbarrows and manure forks are provided for cleaning up after your horses.  If you groom, hoof trim, or shoe your horses while you're here, please pick up the hair and trimmings as best you can.  This includes the arena itself and any outside areas where they may be tied up.

No smoking is allowed on the property at any time, no exceptions.  No glass bottles that could break and cause an injury hazard.  We also ask that you leave your dogs at home during your scheduled arena time.  We realize that dogs often tag along in the truck, but for everyone's safety and the safety of any animals that may be in our care...we ask that you leave them at home during your ride time.  

Each person who uses our facility will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability.  Parents must sign for any children under the age of 18.

All riding time must be pre-booked and pre-paid via Paypal or Venmo.   We do not allow drop-ins.  You are always welcome to call ahead to see if the arena is available on short notice, but it must be pre-arranged.  We book ride time in advance in order to give each rider the opportunity to have the arena to themselves, and we ask for pre-payment in order to eliminate no-shows.  Because the arena may be rented by multiple people per day, please make sure that you have cleaned up the area and exited your horses out on time so that the next riders can enter.  

You are more than welcome to use the barrels, poles, cones etc. that are in the arena while you ride.  There is a heated restroom inside the main horse barn for your convenience.  Please let us know if there are any issues so that we can address it immediately.  Please park your truck/trailer so that it does not block the driveway.

In the event of severe weather conditions, we will be happy to reschedule your ride time.  We will do our best to let you know in advance regarding any closures that become necessary!  Please follow us on Facebook @ Aces Acres, and subscribe to our email list under the "More" tab so that we can get information out to you as quickly as possible.
